Returns & exchanges 

At EQPE, we want to create products that make you happy and keep you active. If something does not feel right or does not fit, you can always exchange or return the product. You always have 30 days to return your order, and one exchange per order is free of charge. 

If you want to return a product, a return fee of 5,90 EUR will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. The product must be in new condition with tags attached and packed in its original packaging, just as when you received it. And do not forget to keep the receipt from the drop-off point. 

We will process and send your exchange product as soon as you have registered your exchange in our return portal. Exchanges can only be made for size and colour within the same product.

Refund 

Your refund for a return will be processed after we have completed a quality check, which may take up to 14 days. After that, your refund will be processed and may take up to 3-5 business days depending on your payment method. 

Please also make sure to start your return within 30 days of receiving your order – after 30 days, we can no longer process your return.

Right of withdrawal

EQPE applies the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which begins when you receive your order. You must then return the product within 14 days. You do not have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal for customised products. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact our customer service or use our withdrawal form. If your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we ask you to use our return portal, which you can find here.
