To make a claim or report a defect

Was your product broken? Do you need to make a complaint about a product?

We are only responsible for original defects, which do not include issues caused by normal wear and tear. You must report the defect to us within a reasonable time after discovering it, but no later than 3 years from the date you received the item. After 3 years, you lose the right to claim the defect.

We reserve the right to, at our own discretion, either remedy the defect, provide a fault-free item, or credit you with an amount corresponding to the value of the damaged or lost item.

If repair or a price reduction is not applicable or does not occur within a reasonable time after you reported the defect, you may cancel the purchase. When cancelling, you have the right to receive a refund for what you paid us in connection with the purchase, in exchange for returning the item.
