How accessible are our digital services?

We are aware that not everything is fully accessible to all our visitors. This is something we are working to address. We are very grateful if you would like to report issues to customer service so that we can make the experience better for everyone. In this section, we describe the accessibility of our sites, apps, social media and other services.

As a visually impaired user you may encounter:

  • Lack of feedback in the shopping cart when products are removed or changed, making it difficult to understand what is happening.
  • Difficulty reading text or seeing what buttons and other parts of the page mean, if the colors are too low contrast.

Status message missing for updates in shopping cart

Description:
In the shopping cart, products can be removed by clicking on a cross or reducing the quantity. However, for screen reader users, no feedback is given on these changes. This can lead to unintentionally removing more products than intended, as the change is not recognized.

Action:
We are reviewing the shopping cart functionality and ensuring that important changes, such as product deletions or quantity changes, are clearly communicated to screen reader users through appropriate status messages.

Action taken until:
June 2025 (Internal Reference: TIC-123)

Low contrasts on text and components

Description:
In some parts of the page, it is difficult to see text or buttons clearly, because the color of the text or button contrasts too poorly with the color of the background. This can make it difficult to read or understand what to click on, especially if you have a visual impairment or are viewing the page in bright light.

Action:
We are reviewing the colors on the page to make text and buttons easier to see. We are adjusting the color choices to meet the requirements for sufficient contrast.

Action taken:
June 2025 (Internal reference: TIC-123)

How we work with accessibility

We work with Axess Lab as an external accessibility auditor for our sites, apps and ICT (information and communication technologies). Our aim is to go beyond the legal requirement to create the best user experience we can. To make sure you feel safe with us as a customer, we are constantly learning about accessibility.

Notifying the supervisory authority

The accessibility requirements of the law are considered to be met with the exception of known deficiencies listed in this accessibility statement.

How do I report accessibility issues?

First, tell us about any problem that prevents you from accessing our services. Then we can fix it and help you move forward. There are details under the heading "We help you". If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the regulator PTS (after June 28, 2025).
