SUSTAINABILITY

MAKING SPORTS SUSTAINABLE SINCE DAY ONE

For us, sustainability isn’t a separate initiative, it’s part of how we design and build every product. We believe good equipment should last. That means creating products with a clear purpose, choosing materials carefully, and refining designs over time rather than replacing them every season. By focusing on durability, timeless design and reliable performance, we aim to create products that you want to wear season after season.

OVER 4,000 HOURS LATER

This jacket hasn’t been waiting for better weather.
It has been worn through three winters at a mountain destination – during training sessions, competitions, workdays outdoors and days when the weather didn’t cooperate. Its owner spends much of the winter in the mountains as an alpine coach, parent of young skiers, and working in ski rental and retail.

Conservatively estimated, that adds up to more than 4,000 hours of use. That’s the kind of use that matters to us. Not how a product looks when it’s new, but how it performs after several seasons in real conditions. The marks tell the story of an active life. The shape holds up. The look holds up.

Built for the mountains. Made to be used.

MATERIALS AND SUPPLIERS

Material choices affect durability, performance and footprint. Our outerwear is made from synthetic materials and, whenever performance allows, we choose recycled alternatives. Today, around 78%* of the material used in our outerwear is recycled. All recycled materials are GRS certified.

Our products are PFAS-free and contain no fur, added silver or PVC-based materials. Every material is selected to meet high standards for durability, weather protection and comfort. We work closely with long-term suppliers, and all production partners are regularly audited by independent third parties through amfori BSCI and SEDEX.

IN TUNE WITH MOTHER NATURE

Reducing our climate footprint is an important part of what we do. One of our long-term goals is to cut carbon emissions per product by 50%*. To achieve this, we focus on the areas where we can make the greatest impact.

Material choices play a key role, and together with our suppliers we work to increase the use of renewable energy in production and the share of recycled materials in our products.

All products are shipped by sea rather than air, significantly reducing emissions from transportation. We continuously evaluate new materials and solutions to further reduce our climate footprint.

EYES ON THE HORIZON

Sustainability requires continuous improvement.

As regulations evolve and new materials become available, we keep adapting how we design and produce our products. Our focus is to make responsible choices where we can have the greatest impact.

For us, that means continuing to improve product durability, increasing the use of recycled materials, and working closely with our suppliers to reduce emissions in the supply chain.

Step by step, we aim to develop products that perform well, last longer and have a lower environmental impact.
